Paternity Acknowledgement:

Case against Priest and Church accused of failing to acknowledge paternity dismissed on grounds that no such cause of action exists in Massachusetts. Case affirmed on appeal.

Forfeiture Litigation:

Litigated federal case where government sought to forfeit over eight hundred thousand dollars of alleged profits from criminal activity. Negotiated return of half the proceeds.
